Improving an existing construction calculation application with Laravel framework and Bootstrap design.

I am looking for an experienced freelance developer to improve my existing construction calculation app and give it a new look and feel with Bootstrap. The app is currently built with Laravel and has the ability to create categories and materials, and manage projects with calculation pages.
The main goals of this project are:
Improving the user interface and experience to make the app easier to use and more user-friendly. A Bootstrap menu should also be added with login functionality and the ability to create users and companies with their own calculations.
Improving the overall functionality and performance of the app, such as reducing unnecessary website refreshes and allowing the modification of the order of categories and materials.
Implementing an automatic repair system for quotes in the future.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with the Laravel framework and the Bootstrap framework. They also have demonstrated experience in designing clean and intuitive user interfaces and improving the performance of web applications.
