Improvement of a simple application in PHP Laravel 8 and addition of functionality

I am Julien, I work in the field of renewable energies.

I developed a small web monitoring application (Laravel 8 base) for a set of small electricity production sites (currently around 100 remote sites).

The app is already in production.

Thanks to HTTP requests (Rest API) my application retrieves metrics (power, temperature, etc.) from a PLC, records them and triggers alerts by SMS or voice call (Nexmo API). I have several modifications and optimizations to outsource because I don't have the time to deal with them and I have a few issues that I cannot resolve (I am not a full time developer :). For example, I need to work on optimizing jobs and queues that crash regularly. This creates a lack of reliability in the alerts for my clients which is very annoying. I also have some features to add.

I give the details of what I would like to change in the application in an attached file. I also add some screenshots of the app.
