Improvement and Modification of Existing Mirakl Plugin for WooCommerce Integration

I am seeking a skilled freelancer with a strong understanding of both WooCommerce and the Mirakl platform for an ongoing project. The aim of this project is to improve and modify an existing plugin, which is currently not functioning as intended due to some coding errors.
The existing plugin is designed to synchronize products with a retail store that operates on the Mirakl platform. The workflow on Mirakl entails creating a product first and then generating selling offers where inventory and product visibility are controlled. However, the current plugin does not adhere to this sequence correctly, resulting in unsatisfactory performance.
Here's what I need:
The admin panel of my WooCommerce site should include pages displaying the products created and the active offers on the retail store.
I need to be able to add products individually as well as have the ability to synchronize all products in one go.
This requirement constitutes the first phase of the project. The subsequent phases will involve order management, but we will address that after successfully completing this phase.
Please note that a significant portion of the code has already been developed. However, due to a lack of understanding of the retail operation when it was initially coded, the product creation and offer upload processes are incorrectly implemented.
If you are well-versed in both WooCommerce and Mirakl platforms, and have a track record of fixing and improving existing plugins, I would love to hear from you. Please include examples of similar projects you have completed in your proposal.
