Improvement an App IONIC-VUE.js and database SQL-php-Laravel

I am looking for experienced developers who speaks in french to debug an existing Ionic-vue app and SQL-php-Laravel database for an existing business. The main purpose of this project is to ensure that the code is robust, reliable, and secure. It is essential that this project be done with quality in mind, as any potential bug can potentially damage our business operations.

Apart from regular debugging, manual tests also need to be done to make sure the application is working correctly. This would include tests like functional testing, usability testing, and performance testing.
