Importing Databases into Word Press Sites And Fixing PHP Smarty Error

We have 4 sites with the same PHP script that acts as a video player, and plays mp4 files through URLs from external sites. The sites have worked well for years, but all of a sudden, all 4 sites stopped working at exactly the same time, giving the error message below:

We have upgraded and downgraded the versions of PHP, but it does not help. We need someone to help with this, and to help import the videos database into a word press video playing site

There are 4 sites on the same cpanel. The sites have been working for years, and just stopped working. For different sites with the same type database/script that have been fine for years to stop working at exactly the same time means there is a common problem. Fixing one fixes all, and we need someone to help apply the fix.
