Import from pdf, word and email pscript into db

Hi.
I have 3 types of job sheets i get sent and want to have them more simple to use.
I want so i can either click save email, then on the the import site, click upload file and pick that email file, it then reads the email and scrapes the date and puts into my database. Then using the hob layout to create an invoice after.
This needs to work with word, pdf and eml.
