Import data from other webshop by url - import to our database

We have supplier selling product to us but they don't have any export function by XML so we need read the data for the products direct from there website. .
Information we need it's like, titel, description, picture, price, stock etc.
So this data need be import to our webshop and db We have created templete we need use to send out newsletter and this need be adjusted and newsletter need be send to reciver in there inbox and not Spam account
