Import Products into WooCommerce from API -- 2

Hello,
so I have an API where I get the data for some products. I need the data to be rearranged a bit and then create products and also keep them up to date. So when the other party changes the price for example the price in the WooCommerce Store should change as well. Attached you will find the API request data.
There you can see multiple arrays with rings being the products. One array contains one specific specification of size, color, stone counts and so on for M (ring for men) and W (the counterpart for woman) in different ring sizes and the according price.
The end goal should be to combine all the arrays so in the end there should be only 2 products in woo commerce. So collection Honeymoon Pure IV for men and one for woman and all the rest should be variations. Also possible would be a combination of the model numbers.

I don't need to be able to configure 2 products at the same time, I already have that extension for woo commerce. It's about the size, material and diamonds. The Engraving is also not necessary.
