Import Excel file for real estate prices (into mysql) and make some reports on a PHP Webpage

I want to import such a Excel file (always same format) into a mysql database. red and green fields need to be imported, but green fields are mandatory. This can be done for several cities. If city does not exist in our database, create new city and let user import the excel.
If imported, we show statistics. We need to know the average square meter price from all offered appartements and the days on market. Means: How long was the appartement offered until it was deactivated on market.
