Implementations in a Third Party PHP Laravel Script.

I purchased a 3rd party LMS script and would like to make some implementations and changes.

The main ones would be:
1. Implementation of a payment system

2. Change in the commission system between platform and seller
3.Implementation of an affiliate link shortener and customizer (referral link).
4. Choose dynamically, by the course producer and not by the panel (admin), which will be the desired commission for the affiliates. (The producer chooses for each course, class or webinar, the amount of commission he wants do pay)
