Implementation of an Automatic Steam Token Sending System for E-commerce
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I NEED A PROFESSIONAL TO CARRY OUT THIS PROJECT FOR MY ECOMMERCE!
Project Title: Implementation of an Automatic Steam Token Sending System for E-commerce
General Description: We are looking for an experienced developer to integrate an automatic Steam token sending system into our e-commerce. The system should generate and send Steam authentication tokens (Steam Guard) automatically to our ecommerce.
Project objectives:
Automatic Token Generation: Implement a function that uses the Steam API to generate authentication tokens.
Automatic Token Sending: Integrate the system with our e-commerce so that tokens are sent automatically. After a purchase is made on our platform, the customer's steam account username and password will automatically be sent to the customer's dashboard. After the customer logs in to steam, the system will automatically send the steam guard token to the customer's dashboard so that they can access their steam account.
Security and Authentication: Ensure that the system is secure and that only authenticated users can generate and receive tokens.
Administration interface: Provide an interface for administrators to manage and monitor the system for generating and sending tokens.
Technical requirements :
Languages: PHP and Node.js
Steam API: Knowledge and experience in integrating with the Steam API (Steam Guard)
E-commerce: PHP
Database: Experience with MySQL or another relational database
Security: Implementation of good security practices for data protection and authentication
Use the steam-totp library in Node.js to generate authentication tokens.
Node.js script to generate tokens and return the value to the PHP backend.
E-commerce integration:
Modify the purchase flow to include the generation and sending of tokens after payment confirmation.
Send the generated token to the user interface.
Automatic sending:
Set up a PHP endpoint (send_token.php) that will be called after the purchase.
Run the Node.js script from PHP and capture the generated token.
Integrate with an email sending service (e.g. SendGrid, Mailgun) to send the token to the user.
Security and Authentication:
Implement token-based authentication to ensure that only authorized users can generate and receive tokens.
Protect endpoints and sensitive data with encryption and other security measures.
Administration interface:
Create an interface for administrators to monitor token generation and sending activities.
Include logs of token generation and sending.
Example User Flow:
The user makes a purchase in our e-commerce.
After payment confirmation, the system calls the send_token.php endpoint.
The send_token.php endpoint executes the Node.js script to generate the token.
The generated token is automatically sent to the user's e-mail address or displayed in the user interface.
The administrator can access the administration interface to check the logs and monitor the system.
Schedule and Deliverables:
Configuration of the environment and initial integration with the Steam API.
Development of the token generation function and integration with the purchase flow.
Implementation of the automatic shipping system and integration tests.
Development of the administration interface and final security tests.
Deployment and final review.
Selection criteria:
Proven experience in similar projects (integration with APIs, e-commerce development).
Portfolio of previous projects and references.
Knowledge of web application security.
Proposal submission: Interested parties should send a detailed proposal, including:
A brief description of the technical approach to solving the problems.
Time and cost estimates.
Portfolio and references from similar projects.
