Implement website from scratch with Wordpress Backend

We already have a frontend e-commerce website, created from scratch (html, js, css, Bootstrap etc).
What we need right now, is for someone to implement this frontend website (theme) to Wordpress. Because we are interested in Wordpress backend administration.
We aslo need someone to implement 3-4 different APIs from our suppliers to Wordpress and our e-commerce website.
