Implement a theme and some features for tastyigniter

I'm looking for a developer to work with constantly. I would like to have a website for my restaurant done using tastyigniter (https://tastyigniter.com/). I have already a designer for the website, so no design skills are needed. I'm a developer myself but don't have the time to work on that right now so I'd like to find someone to support me with the theme and some feature development extending tastyigniter.
