Implement a simiple New-User Wizard for Laravel based Website

The wizard will start with an Introduction/Welcome page, where new users will initially land. Then the user should click the buttons as instructed by the wizard to know how to use the website step-by-step. Then it asks the user to click the particular button on this page to know how to proceed. It's a laravel website. it has to be done remotely using control software.
