Implement payment option for XFMG (Media Gallery add-on) in Xenforo

I need to turn my XFMG (Media Gallery add-on) in a Marketplace, so it should implement the payment option such as paypal. On payment, it should split and send at same time to user account and admin account (comission on sale) - I believe paypal supports this option.
The version used: Xenforo (2.2.8) and XFMG (2.2.4). You must have your own copy in order to develop.
