Implement payment option to XFMG add-on in Xenforo

I need to turn my XFMG add-on in a Marketplace, so it should implement the payment option such as paypal. On payment, it should split and send at same time to user account and admin account (comission on sale) - I believe paypal supports this option.

My max budget for this feature is $50 (no more).
