A would like to get a quote to implement the following:
1. A chat box between the buyer and seller, once an offer has been accepted.
2. Allowing the seller to request payment, via the site, once the product has been delivered and the site taking a percentage all all sales.
3. Charging all buyers a flat fee to post an ad.
And an alternative to monetization:
4. Requiring the seller to subscribe to a flat monthly fee in order to complete the awarding of the offer. Rather than taking a percentage.
