Implement a Wordpress Function to override and force 3D Secure 2 / SCA for all cards using Square for WooCommerce Plugin

I need the following functionality developed:

A function to be created and added into Wordpress child functions.php file that does the following:
(1) Overrides the Square for WooCommerce Plugin when a payment is made via Credit Card
(2) Forces all payments to Successfully complete 3D Secure 2 / SCA
(3) Declines any card payment attempt with a card that does not support 3D Secure 2 / SCA

To recap the payment workflow:
- If SCA enabled, the transaction completes; or
- If SCA disabled or card not supported, the transaction is declined.

Looking at the Square for WooCommerce Plugin, the Gateway.php file has a filter that validates if the card is 3D Secure 2 / SCA enabled on line 871, as attached.
