Implement Single Sign On for a CakePHP application

We need to implement SSO in our CakePHP (version 2.9.4) application. As our customers use different identity providers, an implementation which will work with multiple IdPs would be preferred. More details will be provided to shortlisted freelancers. In your proposal please refer to at least one project in your freelancer profile where you have implemented SSO in a PHP environment.
