Implement SMS in Laravel System

I have a Laravel system that I wish to implement AfricasTalking SMS API.
The system issues loans and I would like it to feature the SMS API from Africas Talking, as currently it has Twilio, RouteSMS and Infobip. I would like the sms to be sent when the client gets the loan, when the client is due to repay the loan in two days, also the client should receive an sms when the loan is due and also overdue and fully repaid.
This is a straightforward development.
