Implement Recurring Payments Feature in Israeli wordpress website (Israel Freelancers are preferred)

We are developing Machine rental services website for my customer. We need to integrate Israel local payment gateway which support recurring payments with Credit cards.Stripe, Paypal won't support recurring payments in Israel.
So we want to use Israel local payment gateways and integrate them with Paid Membership Pro plugin through their API. So we prefer Israel freelancers or who has experience in developing Isreal e-commerce websites
