Implement PQUINA Media Uploader

I am seeking a skilled web developer to import a JavaScript uploader into my PHP Laravel Project.
I have only images uploading in the database and i dont like it. I wish to implement this image and video upload plugin:

Images are signed in the database, videos need to be CREATED.
The post form is an iframe so you can place the video above the iframe, if you cant place it inside.
