Implement Live Chat on Zendesk

I'm seeking a professional to add a live chat function to our Zendesk platform. We have already set up Zendesk Sunshine, which is fully synchronized with our website. However, we currently have no way of knowing when a user has entered the chat, preventing us from accepting it.
