Image search for laravel like Google image search

I am looking for a developer to create an image search feature for my Laravel website, similar to Google image search. The purpose of this feature is to implement image recognition capabilities.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge of Laravel framework
- Experience in implementing image recognition capabilities
- Familiarity with image recognition software and APIs, such as Google Vision API and Amazon Rekognition
- Ability to handle a large volume of images, as the expected volume to be processed is more than ten thousands.
