Image Editing API To use with other web application

Hi I am looking for a Python Developer Who can create a tool with script so i can deploy that in ubuntu system and it creates API for all functions based on workers and queue (creating threads, API integration, Input/output handling, data modeling and others things). Need Different API for Each Feature. (Note: Every Dependencies has to install automatically and notes has to given for use all the features, We will Test API to our recent tool)
