Identify and resolve software errors

I bought 4 pieces of equipment in China

Two devices came with software problems

The problem is, the system says memory full, but the device is not doing any work

I noticed that the two devices that have a problem are exactly the two devices that have the old software

The two devices that have the software updated to the latest version are working normally

I need someone who can identify what the problem is and solve this problem
