A mobile application with a desktop (browser) backend.
The app s for elections field workers. It should allow users to
1. Register/create a profile
2. Login and submit election results and reports.
3. View submitted results
The system will also have a PHP backend that allows general administration of the app e.g approving registration, reporting as well as providing dashboard.
App must be in Ionic. Phase 1 will be mockups as per attached.
