IOMAD/MOODLE customization assistance and 1 hour training

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist with customization of IOMAD/MOODLE system, specifically with Azure security and backup, plugins, company setup, user roles and permissions, and who can provide one hour of training on the system. I am not sure if I require targeted training, but I would prefer it to be in an online video format.
