Project Description:
We are looking to develop a new integrated system for a professional lawyers' association to replace our outdated system currently built with plain PHP and AJAX technology. The new system should be modern, efficient, and capable of handling various critical functions for the administration and operation of the association.
System Features:
1. Online Queries (no user login required):
- Professional License Verification:
- Search by Membership Number or National ID.
- Displayed data: Full Name, National ID, License Status, Date of Incorporation, Date Until Membership Paid.
- Sanctioned Lawyers Register (Professional Ethics):
- Search by Membership Number or National ID.
- Displayed data: Full Name, National ID, Start Date, End Date, Type of Sanction, Description.
- Document Tracking:
- Search by Case Number.
- Displayed data: Case Number, Case Details, Assigned Office or Respondent, Pages, Creation Date, Type.
2. System Characteristics:
- User Types:
- Super Administrator (Super Administrador):
- Full access to all system functionalities and settings.
- Ability to manage and configure roles and permissions.
- Administrator (Administrador):
- Configurable access by Super Administrator.
- Manage users, settings, and specific system functions as assigned.
- Treasurer (Tesorera):
- Access to financial management, payment handling, and reporting.
- Secretary (Secretaria):
- Access to document management, communication, and administrative tasks.
- Accountant (Administradora - Contabilidad):
- Access to accounting, invoicing, and financial reports.
- Members (Agremiados):
- Users who are members of the association with access to their personal information and relevant association services.
- Registration Module:
- Assignment of a unique Membership Number.
- Collection of personal, professional, and contact information.
- Initial fee and monthly membership fee payments.
- Three types of incorporation with different costs: regular, extraordinary, and express.
- "Second Incorporation" for lawyers already registered in another recognized association.
- Payment Management:
- Handling of initial incorporation fees and monthly membership dues.
- Payment methods: credit card (considering Izipay.pe), bank transfer, digital wallet (Yape).
- Certificate Issuance:
- Automatic generation of professional license certificates with specific format and QR for verification.
- Certificates downloadable in PDF and sent via email.
- Billing:
- Issuance of invoices or receipts for each transaction.
- Invoice details: date, amount, and service description.
- Financial Reports:
- Generation of detailed financial reports.
- Cash report showing daily, weekly, and monthly income.
- Products:
- Management of products offered by the association: duplicate ID cards, incorporation certificates, medals, etc.
- Library:
- Module for managing available books and documents.
- Management of loans and penalties for late returns.

- Frontend: Next.js (React with TypeScript) or PHP with Laravel (for integration purposes).
- Backend: PHP with Laravel (latest version).
- Database: MySQL (preferred) or PostgreSQL.
- Infrastructure: Vercel (for Next.js) and Hostinger (for Laravel).

- Detailed delivery schedule with specific milestones.
- Complete system documentation, including user manuals and administration guides.
