IMDB-Style Website in PHP and MySQL - NSFW (Adult) -- 2

This is for an IMDB style movie site, however it is for Japanese adult movies.
The site should be developed in PHP and use a MySQL database.
You will get CPanel access for development.
We have the HTML for the site already. There are minor modifications detailed in the attached document. The site will re-use one of the pages over and over with just different queries making the development more rapid. It is basically using 5 of the HTML pages and populating them with data from the database based on URL or query strings.
