IIS-php-mssql query solution

I need some one to finish advanced Tuning around this: i need to READWRITE a MS-SQL-DATABASE installed on AZURE-WINSERVER2012 system
The IIS-php is working but the connexion with MSSQL-database fail. I thing it is a tinny detail to resolve that issue:
i m shuting a QUERY FROM PHP-IIS action trying to CONNECT (injecting PDO OR SRVSQL_ PHP QUERY script), but alway i recive same SQL-SERVER-PROBLEM: ERROR 17--NOT LOGIN #USER" ALLOWED
In my quedy i just need READ 2 JOINED TABLES from SAME DATABASE, nothing out of this world, but this "final detail" just gave to me a inch, then i need some one WITH REAL EXPERIECE ABOUT THIS. Please i dont need an amateurs , i have strong expertice and long trayect as programming and i dont need wasting time.
