Hyperlocal Delivery Multi-App Suite -- 2

Project Overview: We are Jhora, a Startup Bihar-backed hyperlocal platform. We possess the full source code (Flutter frontend / PHP Laravel backend) for a 4-part ecosystem: Customer App, Vendor App, Rider App, and Admin Panel. We need a specialist to configure our existing assets, integrate APIs, and launch the system on our hosting environment.
Scope of Work (Configuration Only):
Environment Setup: Deploy our PHP Laravel backend to our existing hosting/server. Configure SSL, Domain, and Database.
API & Gateway Integration: Setup and test Paytm Payment Gateway.
Configure SMS Gateway and Push Notifications (Firebase).
Integrate Google Maps API for real-time tracking and geofencing.
App Rebranding & Compilation: Update Flutter apps with our branding/assets.
Point apps to the new production API endpoints.
Generate signed APKs/IPAs for testing.
Commission Logic Audit: Verify that the 5–20% variable commission and surge pricing engine are functioning correctly within the existing code.
Deliverables:
Live, functional Backend/Admin Dashboard on our domain.
Working Customer, Vendor, and Rider apps connected to the live database.
Successful "End-to-End" transaction test (Order -> Payment -> Vendor Accept -> Rider Deliver).
