Hyperlink Phone Number on Email that come to client from Gravity Form Backend

I need a skilled developer to hyperlink a phone number in an email sent to clients via Gravity Forms. The phone number should be formatted in a plain style (e.g., 1234567890) and the email is primarily viewed in Gmail. We need it clickable so client can just click and ring the number. Example will be provided in contact suitable freelancers in order to elminate freelancers contacting us directly and our clients!
