Hummingbot development (or other DEX trading bot) to Auto Trade (Set Entry, Targets for Sell, and Stop Loss)

I am looking into using Hummingbot (or another trading bot) to help automate Dex trades if I provide Set Entry, Targets for Sell (and percentage) and Stop Loss. I currently use Metamask for trades, Matcha for ETH, Pancakeswap (BSC Mainnet for Metamask). I'm still trying to understand how this all works together.
I would like to be able to maybe bypass metamask or add a way to incorporate Set Entry, Targets for Sell and Stop Loss, so I don't have to manually watch and sell when token reaches a price. Maybe a close trade functionality that will cancel any existing orders for token and sell 100%.
Basically a form where I can add those inputs and I can trust the bot to successful buy and sell (taking into consideration fees). Is this possible to develop via Hummingbot? And if so, what kind of time and costs do you estimate for this kind of effort?
