Humhub Yii Platform Customization

I'm looking for a skilled developer with experience in the Humhub Yii platform to customize my site. The project involves adding a new text field to the a new form called "Recipes" and a new tab that displays custom content on the Home tab.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Yii framework and Humhub customizations
- Experience with creating and manipulating form fields
- Ability to create and manage custom content tabs

Users need to be able to make posts (text) as well as repices, which includes the recipe name, calories, and instructions on how to create their recipes.
In my screenshots, the "Frooking_welcome_kithen.png" image needs to add another tab called "Post Recipe" next to Post, Polls, and Tasks. That should open up a popup window that appears like the "Frooking_new_recipe.png" window. Finally, the stream (Home button - "Frooking_home_stream.png") needs to include the recipes as well as the users' posts.
