How to host different and multiple domains on apache.

Hi all, I have a server, and apache is installed, I have a www folder that has 8 folders and I want each folder to have its own domain name when accessed externally on the internet. I am not sure if it is possible but let me know. eg
www/project1 = www.myproject1.com,
www/project2 = www.something.com,
www/project3 = www.somethinghere.net,
....etc. Please let me know if you need more clarity.
