Hotel Booking Engine Upgrade with Multi-Lang & Multi-Currency Support

We're seeking a skilled developer to upgrade our B2B hotel booking engine to include B2C functionality and enhance its features. The project leverages (Laravel/React).
Frontend Enhancements:
- Multi-Language Support: Allow customers to seamlessly switch between languages (implementation details will be discussed).
- Multi-Currency Support: Customers can choose their preferred currency, with dynamic conversion based on admin-configured exchange rates.
Mobile-Friendly Design:
- Responsive design optimized for a smooth user experience on all devices (including mobile phones and tablets).
- We'll discuss the feasibility and approach to developing native mobile apps (Android/iOS) if desired.
Backend Integration:
- Multi-Currency: Prices are stored in a base currency and dynamically converted at checkout based on the chosen currency.
- Payment Gateway Integration: Secure integration with provided local payment APIs for seamless transactions.
- Promo Code Engine: Implement a system for creating and managing promo codes with dynamic conditions (details to be provided).
Third-Party API Integration:
- Hotel Booking API: Integrate with a provided third-party hotel API for an expanded hotel inventory (straightforward search/book functionality).
- Flight Booking API: Integrate with a provided flight API for flight search and booking (search/book functionality).
- Notification Engine: Integrate with a chosen notification service (details to be discussed) for sending SMS, WhatsApp, email, or web push notifications.
Additional Features:
- Cache Search Engine: Implement a caching system to improve search speed for hotel availability.
- Conditional Search Engine: Admin-configurable logic to optimize API usage by filtering based on criteria (e.g., only use local hotels for Iraq searches).
Freelancer Requirements:
- Strong experience in PHP (backend) and React (frontend) development.
- Familiarity with multi-language and multi-currency implementations.
- Expertise in integrating with APIs (hotel booking, flight booking, notification service).
- Experience with payment gateway integrations using provided local APIs.
- Understanding of caching and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and ability to work remotely.
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality, well-tested product.
Payment Terms:
80% of the total project fee will be paid upon successful completion and project acceptance.
20% of the total project fee will be held for a period of two months following project completion to cover any bug fixes, minor adjustments, or support needs.
Project Timeline:
The maximum project duration is 45 days.
If the project is not completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and no mutual agreement on an extension is reached, the project will be considered canceled.
