A. Add room (Single & Bulk room creation)
B. Add branches
C. Add managers
D. Add Beds (Single & Bulk creation) Ex. single bed room, two seater, three seater
If room is 2 seater then only 2 resident should be assigned
2. Terms & conditions
3. Branch amenities
4. Add staff details ( room cleaner, plumber, electrician, cook etc. )
5. Resident details
A. add resident (Form filing, id proofs attach option)
B. Invoice generation - SMS email WhatsApp message will send to the resident
6. Payment details (excel)
Day wise, month wise, year wise, resident wise
7. Resident status ( Active, released , ready to shift )
8. Reports
a. room revenue (date month year filter)
b. check room occupancy
c. refund (Incase of exception cases, security amount)
d. salary report to staff
e. rent due report and send reminder to parents and resident
9. Add expenses:-
vegetable, RO water, appliances etc.
10. WhatsApp integration
11. form links to residents:-
1. Room change request form
2. book room form
3. released form
4. complaint registration form
12. Refer & earn
13. Payment gateway Razorpay or Cashfree , Design pricing & Plans for hostel owners
