I'm seeking a project manager experienced in ERP system development to oversee the creation of a comprehensive ERP information system for 8 hospitals and 2 clinics.
Key Requirements:
- The ERP system needs to incorporate several crucial modules, specifically Patient Management, Inventory Management, and Billing and Accounting.
- In terms of Patient Management, the system should facilitate Appointment Scheduling, manage Medical Records, and handle Prescriptions.
- The Inventory Management component should include Stock Tracking, Supplies Ordering, and Expiration Date Monitoring.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in project management, specifically in the healthcare sector.
- Extensive experience with ERP system development.
- Strong understanding of the various hospital management functions and requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
The project should be managed using Agile methodology. The project is expected to be completed within 6 months or less. The project should include basic training for all users.
