Horse Racing AI Betting Program

I'm looking for a skilled programmer with experience in AI and betting software to build an AI program specifically for horse racing. The program should have the following features:
- Real-time odds analysis: The AI should be capable of analyzing odds as they change in real-time, allowing for informed betting decisions.
- Automated Betting Decisions: This program should take the reins on placing bets based on the analysis it conducts.
The AI should retrieve its data from the TAB API.
