Homepage for a holiday property with CMS "October" and booking system.

We want to set up a homepage for a holiday property.
For managing the calender and the booking system we use a software "FeWo Verwalter" from a German company https://www.fewo-verwalter.de/.
This company delivers a template for a ready sample hompepage that works with all automized features as calender and request/booking form. The sample homepage you find here:
https://template01.fewo-octobercms.de/ It is the smallest template.
Now we search for a freelancer for following tasks:
- setup and installation of the template on a strato server
- setup of the Webmodule
- setup of database and everything else that is needed to get the system running
- setup of backup, chronjob, ...
- setup of coulour scheme
- exchange of the text and picture for our own property.
The freelancer should have experiance with CMS October and make a very professional job.
We need a quotation.
