Hiring plan / recruitment plan

WE ARE LOOKING TO BUILD A THOROUGH 2/3 STAGE RECRUITMENT PLAN/GUIDE
The plan will be aimed at recruiting an individual that can meet our company expectations. We will be conducting interviews based on the RECRUITMENT PLAN that is provided here.
1. The technical experience we want the individual to possess is as entailed
The Recruitment guide will be used to – Find an Individual to develop a B2C online platform.
The recruitment plan should include all the Qualifications, certifications, experience and skills that the candidate should possess, that will allow us to build this B2C platform and enable to him to run that division of the company.
The eventual position of the successful candidate will be that of CTO.
The platform will be built using Magento/Adobe Commerce
They should be able to understand the requirements of building this platform from A-Z. Even if they don't complete aspects on their own but are able to delegate to other individuals/agencies to complete those aspects of the project.
A degree in Computer Science is a Must
A Certification in Magento/Adobe Commerce is a Must
The areas of understanding that would be required by the individual
- B2C platforms
- eCommerce and e-commerce systems
- Magento/adobe Commerce
- Web Development
- Web Security
Understanding of these Languages
- HTML
- JavaScript
- CSS
- SQL
- PHP
- XML
The above is our understanding of the skills the individual would require to undergo this project.
2. Please add the additional recruitment requirements that a protentional candidate would need. For example, work experience, soft skills, knowledge of project management and business strategy, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with other stakeholders. List of responsibilities that the position will hold etc.
3. Please indicate that the position will require relocation to North America (USA or CANADA) after an initial period (during development) in Southern Africa.
