Hiring for consultation and development with regards to configuring WHMCS + Hosting Relay VPS servers

I own a company that offers hosting specifically for RTMP and SRT relay endpoints for people to send video data through.

I'm looking for alternative ways of selling this service versus my current semi-manual method.

Experience required:
- Setting up WHMCS modules/modifying smarty templates
- Understanding RTMP and SRT protocol
- Automation and scaling of VPS servers via WHMCS backend.
