Hiring Platform Saas

The development of Saas meant to help facilitate the hiring process will be programmed. The main current reference of functionality for doing benchmarking: Sherlock HR (https://app.sherlockhr.com/). It will be developed to work on a desktop. The type os users it will have are: Super Admin., Admin, HR Manager, HR. Recruiters, Job Searcher and Employer Branding. Its main sections are: * Dashboard: Showing statistics of current vacancies, quantity of candidates that posted, in process, and quantity of hired candidates. Job Offers: Be able to post a job vacancy and search for the candidates with advanced filters. Candidates should be able to upload their CV either manually or by uploading which the software should raster and scrap its content. Furthermore, in a human resource specialist assigns a video interview candidate should be able to answer that well but without advanced biometrics and/or upload tests and quizzes. * Candidates: Where you will be able to see all candidates, their contact details and professional experience with advanced shared filters. * Reports: Where you will be able to see the sources of candidates from the different job aggregators, job portals, referrals, etc. * Employer branding: in this section admins and human resource managers and employers will be able to customize their profile landing page with updates, pics and benefits they offer to candidates, etc. * Hiring plan: Were configuration of candidates documentation requirements will be done and provide onboarding messages and follow-up. Additionally to these main sections there should a functionality that should allow multi-posting through the following job portal websites: Computrabajo, Indeed, Linkedin Jobs, ReclutaPro, Facebook, QR Landing Page, etc. All wireframes and design elements will be provided in Figma in order to facilitate front-end implementation and responsive design.
