Highly Experienced OScommerce / PHP Developer Needed For Long Term Project!

I am in need of a highly experienced OScommerce/PHP developer for a long-term project. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of PHP and OScommerce, as well as experience in developing custom modules for OScommerce. Additionally, expertise in troubleshooting and debugging OScommerce websites is required.
I am flexible with the project completion time and the timeline will be discussed with the chosen freelancer. However, I expect a full-time commitment from the freelancer, as this project requires dedicated attention.
Key Skills and Experience:

Note : Well I would prefer a highly experienced person who specially worked on Tire selling based Ecommerce website. I expect a dedicated person who is committed to his/her work and must available on contacts.
This project is all about a Tire selling business website which is currently in progress and based on OScommerce platform so I am in need of a person having creativity in terms of designing and developing further process and functionality like order process / checkout and shipping functionality and a proper dashboard which can be easily accessible and manageable by Admin side.

Important Note : Currently few main functionalities needs to be done like SHOP BY TIRE | SHOP BY VEHICLE But In current a third party company widget function i.e. "Tire Connect" https://www.tireconnect.ca/ has been used to manage these both functions But using their "Tire connect" widget is not giving us complete order details/info for orders received via Tire connect widget and this problem of not getting complete order details ( Order info, customer address, customer contacts likewise) leads to a problem i.e. failure in linking those orders further with an another third party shipping company i.e. https://ship.shipstation.com/ for shipping and delivery via FedEx or UPS.
Let me make very clear that Tire connect is a company offering database for tires of all brands via a widget and currently their widget is integrated into website so customers can search and find tires for their vehicles as per as their choices. And we need to upload our inventory on tire connect widget for available stock and only available inventory with price will be shown on our website via Tire connect widget.
Case : If we eliminate tire connect widget from website then we need to build own function "SHOP BY TIRE | SHOP BY VEHICLE. And important question is How products / inventory will be displayed on the website with image / description, because we have available inventory with pricing and tire details but Image and description is not available so in order to fulfill image and description there are tire data base is available online and that can be purchase too but we need proper database and proper functionality needs to be done.
