I am looking for a highly skilled developer to create a professional-grade Telegram bot that can download videos from Instagram, including Reels and other video formats. The bot can be developed in any suitable programming language and must meet the following requirements:
Bot Requirements:
1. Instagram Bot:
- Download videos from Instagram, including Reels and other video formats, using a custom API.
- Provide download options ranging from the highest quality to the lowest quality.
- Option to download audio only from the videos.
- The bot should be highly accurate, efficient, and professionally designed with a user-friendly interface.
API, Hosting, and Server Requirements:
- The bot must operate using a custom API hosted on my domain.
- The developer must handle the creation and deployment of the API on my domain.
- The servers used by the bot should be hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using Lightsail, or alternatively, on Azure or Google Cloud.
- The developer must create and set up the AWS account (or the chosen cloud service) and provide me with full administrative access to manage and operate the servers.
- The developer should also manage domain registration, hosting setup, and maintenance for one year.
- I want full control and access to the bot, the domain, the API, and the hosting account.
Project Timeline:
- The entire project must be completed within 7 days (one week).
