Hesk / woocommerce basic integration

we need to integrate access to our helpdesk (hesk, php standalone) with WordPress / woocommerce customer base
integration requirements:
1-when user get a DEMO version (we sell a software) assign it DEMO USER role (actually all New user are labeled as "Customer")
2-Limit access for DEMO users to Presales Category ticket, no able to open "support" or "license" ticket
3-pre-fill name, email, Order#, Customer Role in ticket submission from woocommerce values (custom fields can be created easily from Hesk Admin panel)
