Help with vanity urls

Hi. I would like to give users of my platform a vanity url which can be used instead of the direct url used currently. Example below.

*Actual path
https://domain.com/profile.php?creator=musicreviews

*Vanity url
https://musicreviews.domain.com

My server is windows, running IIS. And the site is built using PHP.

Can anyone help me get this setup on my server so users of the platform can use their own vanity urls.
