Help with portal project currently under development.

Custom Wordpress portal plugin for doctors to track educational requirements for a specialized treatment. Utilizes ACF, Gravity Forms and Elementor. Connects to Google Maps API, and Skilljar API and data imported from 4 other sources. The data is uploaded via ftp by the client for import.
There is an Admin and member dashboard. Members can view their case and educational data, and upload cases one at a time with the provided form or batch upload in an Excel file.
The Admin dashboard provides views for total members, their status and allows for system approvals and notifications.
You must be able to examine code to determine logic being aided by our team in checking the application. The application is about 80% complete and we need help to finish as our developer is ill.
We are looking for an experienced full stack developer with outstanding skills is:

Work with my team to establish base knowledge of the application and the custom plugin.
Check custom plugin code to confirm logic and process to gain full understanding of the application.
Finish Google Maps API, currently working with some minor issues. The application must pre-populate a form for existing users and then get the address verified by Google Map API for standardized address detection.
Check Skilljar API https://www.skilljar.com/ to confirm correct requests and query.
Re-code admin dashboard link to access members dashboard (currently links to member profile).
Correct logic for data entry on member dashboard, make a link inactive until certain criteria are met.
There is a “Save Progress” on the application form that does not function. This will need to be corrected.
The admin dashboard has some minor redesign that will need to be implemented.
Bug fixes and testing after client check.
