Help with Tutor LMS Site and loading modules

Hello. I need someone who is a web developer who has knowledge of LMS platforms like Tutor LMS, LearnDash, Lifter, etc to help me load modules onto the platform. The modules we currently have are SCORM but Tutor LMS does not work with SCORM. I need someone who has knowledge of and will be able to convert the modules. They modules were built using Articulate360. This is a small project, you must be extremely knowledgezble and a current web developer who can explain to me what you will do to get the modules working with TutorLMS. Then I will hire to perform the project. This is a small project and pays only $30.
